What makes this printer different from most of the multifunction printers is its 40 GB built-in hard drive.
The HP LaserJet P3005 model, on the other hand, has a 48 MB RAM expandable to 320 MB. With a 400 MHz processor, you can easily print up to 35 pages per minute. Not bad for small scale businesses that cannot afford to wait for the prints to come out. If you run a document intensive office, this one's a good choice especially if you need that crisp black text every time. It also has a USB 2.0 port and one open EIO slot, making it friendly for your flash disks and other removable storage media. The HP Laserjet M3005 is low maintenance and boasts of what the manufacturer calls "Instant On Technology," which lets the printer deliver the first page in less than 9.5 seconds.
